The takeover was literal.

For a week, The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua moved through some of London’s most distinguished rooms — The Lanesborough, The Roof Gardens in Kensington, LAVO at The BoTree — each evening composed for a different audience: family offices, property specialists, media, tastemakers.

Running through all of it was a bespoke visual identity by the artist Louis-Nicolas Darbon: one unmistakable signature across the week.

Outside, a custom beach buggy and branded Defender travelled in convoy across the city, while the resident DJ from Nikki Beach Saint Tropez brought the Celebration of Life spirit off the beach and into London.
More than an introduction, the week placed Antigua’s landmark branded resort and residential development within the global lifestyle world that defines it.
