Work is progressing steadily along Jolly Beach, where The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is taking shape on one of Antigua’s longest protected stretches of west-coast beachfront.

Ground improvement works are now complete across three of the development’s signature areas: the Beach Club, the Aquatic Centre, and the first collection of luxury beachfront villas. More than 1,400 engineered ground elements have been installed across the site, laying the foundations for the vertical construction to come. Specialist equipment is now being mobilised for the next phase of site-wide preparation.

Each stage brings the west-coast setting closer to the resort it is being built to become.
