Progress at The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua continued on several fronts through July, from design refinement to the selection of the project’s principal construction partner.

Design & Owner Experience
The design and project teams completed a full mock-up review, a key step in shaping the future guest and owner experience. Feedback from that review is now being incorporated as the team refines the design vision and the quality standards that will define the Resort and its Branded Residences.

Procurement & Delivery
Second-stage submissions from candidate General Contractors have been received and are under detailed commercial and technical evaluation, moving the project closer to appointing its principal construction partner. Major hospitality and operational procurement packages are progressing in parallel, as the development moves from enabling works towards full-scale construction.

Infrastructure
Water production and treatment systems are operational and already supporting site works, with further enhancements underway to improve efficiency and long-term resilience. Supply chains, logistics and contractor resources continue to strengthen across the site’s active work fronts.

With enabling works complete across several signature areas, the mock-up review behind it, core infrastructure live, and the General Contractor selection underway, the development is moving steadily towards its next phase of construction, and the resort life it is designed to deliver.
