Broker Referral Application & Registration
As a Referring Broker, we invite you to apply to our programme and submit clients for protection in The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua prospect database. If the client name provided is new to our database, the client will be entered and protected under your name as an Accepted Referral according to the Programme Terms and Conditions. Commissions are payable by White Sand Development Ltd. for Firm Sales to Accepted Referrals, subject to the terms of the formal Broker Agreement and the continued representation of the Project by the Seller.
